Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it upon received return or no refund will be issued. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start the return process, please contact us at info.hqlifestyle@gmail.com with a reason for your return request. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label within 72 hours by email and instructions on where to send your return package. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. 

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. 

We may update this Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
